Return Policy

At Bzmarr, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. We recognize that some products may not meet expectations or may arrive with issues. Please read our return policy carefully below:

1. Returns for Defective Products (No External Damage)

If you receive a product that is defective but has no visible damage, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it.

What qualifies as a defect?

A manufacturing flaw that prevents the product from functioning as intended (not related to visible damage).

Return Process:

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery with a detailed explanation of the issue.

2. You may be asked to provide photos or videos for internal verification.

3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return process.

4. Return the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents.

5. Upon receiving and inspecting the product, we will process a refund or exchange based on your preference.

2. Returns for Products with External Damage

If your product arrives visibly damaged, or you discover external damage after unboxing, it must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

Return Process:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged product and packaging immediately.

2. Contact our customer service within 48 hours, including a description and photo evidence.

3. After approval, you will be provided with return instructions.

4. Return the product in original condition, including all original packaging and contents.

5. Once inspected and validated, a refund or exchange will be issued.

3. General Return Terms

• 📦 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a product defect or Bzmarr's error.

• 💳 Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment, unless otherwise requested.

• ❗ Returns without prior approval may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

• 🚫 Bzmarr reserves the right to deny returns if the item has been used or the return request does not comply with policy conditions.
