Within 24 hours of booking:
✅ 100% refund or no cancellation fee.
After 24 hours of booking but more than 48 hours before the appointment:
➖ 50% refund or a cancellation fee of $10.
Within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment:
❌ No refund; the full booking amount will be charged.

Eligible refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

If you encounter any unforeseen circumstances or emergencies, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to discuss your situation.

Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior cancellation will result in a no-show fee equal to the full booking amount.

This policy may be updated or modified at our discretion. All changes will be communicated via the mobile app and website.

By using our mobile app and confirming a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this cancellation policy.
